One key to our success is a constant influx of enthusiastic students hoping to acquire the necessary practical experience required to obtain a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.  We are an approved training office for CPA students and have been for decades.  Countless students have been able to achieve success at Prentice Yates & Clark over the years including each of the four active partners.

We encourage students working toward their CPA in the public accounting stream to contact us.  We are committed to helping guide students to personal success by providing the necessary work experience in an encouraging environment.  Our employees receive experience in every aspect of an engagement from initial contact with clients to the planning and execution of the procedures, drafting the report and presentation to the shareholders, owner-manager or members as the case may be.  Exposure to all aspects of assurance, accounting and tax is achieved during the training process under the guidance of an assigned in-house mentor.
